Our Professional carbon steel series guide rails are all made of metal materials and can be suitable for high temperature/oven applications depending on the situation. The recommended maximum applicable temperature is 250°C, provided the rail is installed in a space that allows expansion of the steel. Upon demand, we can also configure high-temperature oil for the guide rails. In addition, the surface galvanized layer will decompose at 150°C, so it is recommended to consider other solutions such as stainless steel guide rails to ensure sustainability.
