Professional Series – Stainless Steel 316L

The Professional series has developed a stainless steel version as our manufacturing process has improved.

At the same time, we can also flexibly replace the guide rails of the same specification with carbon steel or aluminum alloy materials to meet future design needs.

This series of guide rails are made of military-grade stainless steel 316L (1.4404), which has high standards of corrosion resistance and can be used in extreme environments (including offshore). The austenitic structure of stainless steel 316L gives the guide rails excellent toughness to ensure that the guide rails can be used in extreme environments. It can also show good rigidity in low temperature environments. The high and low temperature oil can be adjusted according to needs, and the surface of the guide rail is electrolytic polished.

An industry first, Sliding Systems can provide customers with advanced FEA analysis reports for this series. This can help design engineers accurately calculate peak loads, deformations, operating forces, etc.

Professional Range

  • This series of SDTS guides is suitable for use in corrosive environments where prolonged exposure to outdoor molecules is required. The compact structure allows the system to be used in train chassis battery boxes that need to pass through harsh environments, military vehicles that need to operate at negative temperatures, large generators and heavy equipment guardrail... Let's wait. The guide rail is made of solid stainless steel, and the track is processed with precision machining, so that the guide rail has excellent resistance to vibration and impact. The rail itself and the steel ball are made of stainless steel 316L, the end stop pin is stainless steel 304, and the cage material is ferritic stainless steel 430. Comprehensive corrosion resistance of the guide rail.

  • Due to the strong movable "I-beam" structure, this series of guide rails can provide strong rigid support for dynamic loads when deployed, and is stronger than many cold-rolled C-type guide rails. This series of guide rails is not equipped with any plastic parts, making it suitable for high and low temperature range applications. The SDTSB version can be extended to the full range in both directions, please contact the business for enquiries.

The measurement unit of this series of products is "single piece", not "pair". DTS40, 50 & 60 all have inventory plans for quick shipment. The general production cycle for mass production or other models is 3-4 weeks. Inventory turnover rates are fast and fluctuating. If you want to ensure that products are shipped as planned, please contact sales. If the situation is special or the project is urgent, please contact us for consultation.

CAD and 3D STEP files and catalogs are available on the product page of each model.
