Saibo Series – Precision Hardened Telescopic Slides

Saibo telescopic slides are designed for industrial applications requiring robustness and precision. The compact design of the slide rail adopts a 4-point contact structure of steel balls, making the slide rail run very smoothly and with zero gap between the steel balls and the slide rail.

All Saibo series slide rails are made of German cold-drawn steel. All steel ball raceways have been induction hardened to a hardness of 58+4 HRC, which is similar to the hardness of steel balls. It has relatively small sliding resistance and increases longitudinal acceleration. In addition to the induction-hardened steel ball raceways, the slide rails themselves are protected by a 20µm black zinc coating that complies with RoHS and Reach regulations. The entire manufacturing process is controlled according to ISO9001:2015.

Their durability and excellent wear resistance make Saibo telescopic slides ideal for applications such as train doors, battery boxes, automated warehouse shuttles, and precision pick-and-place equipment. We currently have 28, 35 and 43mm sizes. The design of Saibo telescopic slide rails and linear guides is the best choice to replace existing European brands in a more cost-competitive manner without affecting quality and performance.

Key product highlights are as follows:

  • The steel balls are in 4-point contact with the slide rail without any gaps.
  • Slide rail material: cold drawn steel CF53
  • Induction hardened raceway 58+4 HRC
  • 20µm black zinc plated for corrosion protection
  • Hardened layer depth: minimum 0.8mm
  • Steel ball material: GCr15 60+4 HRC
  • Cage material: SPCC cold rolled steel plate
  • Remove the gear bolt to slide in both directions
  • Maximum operating temperature: 170 degrees C (needs high-temperature oil)
  • Maximum running speed: 0.8m/s
  • We recommend using external stops during operation
