Saibo Series – Precision V-shaped Linear & Circular Guides

Saibo series V-shaped guide rails are divided into linear guide rails and circular rails, designed for applications that require high-speed operation even in harsh and dirty environments. Unlike ordinary slide rails that use steel balls as the medium, LGV and CR systems will not cause major failures even if they are worn out. System maintenance and calibration can be achieved by adjusting the eccentric bearing to the required tolerance.

 

V-shaped linear guide rails are available in 3 standard sizes: LGV25XL, LGV44XL, and LGV76XL. There are 2 accuracy standards: PG1 (precision grade) & PG3 (normal grade). The maximum length of the LGV25/LGV44 specification with PG1 accuracy is 1980mm, and the maximum length of the LGV76 specification is 1700mm. The maximum length of all specifications with PG3 accuracy can reach 5.5 meters. Longer rail lengths can be achieved by using a docking kit, but this kit is only used for PG1 precision rails.

 

Ring guide rails are available in 3 standard sizes: CR25, CR44, CR76. All surfaces are ground (including mounting surfaces). At the same time, there are a variety of diameter options to meet most application needs, and if necessary, all ring rails can be cut into sections to fit into customer designs. The segmented ring guide rail can also be used in combination with V-shaped linear guide rails (PG1 accuracy only) to form a circulating track system.

The guide rails of the bilateral V-shaped working surface are made of high-quality German bearing steel, and the surface is deeply hardened to improve wear resistance.

 

All V-shaped working surfaces with 70° on both sides have been ground to ensure parallelism. The slide rail body is kept soft to avoid the need to drill additional mounting holes. The design of Saibo V-shaped track is the best choice to replace existing European brands in a more cost-competitive manner without affecting quality and performance.

 

  • Linear & circular track: high carbon bearing steel, V-shaped working surface hardened to 58~62 Rockwell C scale hardness, N5 level surface roughness. Longer rail lengths are possible with the use of docking kits.

  • Bearing: quenched and tempered high-carbon chromium bearing steel, nitrile rubber sealing ring, plastic cage, high-strength steel nails. Black chemical surface treatment, operating temperature range -20°C ~ +120°C.

  • Slide: high-strength aluminum alloy, standard surface treatment high-gloss black anodized.

  • Sealing Cap & Lubricator: Impact-resistant thermoplastic elastomer, felt scraper. Operating temperature range -20°C ~ +120°C.

  • Maximum linear operating speed: without lubrication = 2m/s; lubrication = 8m/s.
