<p>The Aero BB 140QD is a lightweight, full-travel extension telescopic slide (57-70 kg per pair) designed primarily for defense and aerospace applications that require thinner specifications. In the case of 559mm, a pair of carrying capacity of 68 kg, stroke of 636mm, very suitable for electronics, aviation, Marine racks, military cabinets.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The 140QD features display locking and inner rail detachable features that allow drawers to be removed from the cabinet for maintenance. These slides are designed to pair the left and right sides. When fully extended, the lock automatically activates, while the shrapnel inner rail beam located in front of the middle rail is separated by pressing, and thanks to the sealed roller bearing, the inner rail can be easily reassembled back into the other tracks that have been locked. To break the lock, simply press the shrapnel and push off. With the closure of the rail, the rear lock will be released. As shown below (LH for left, RH for right).</p>

<p>Using high-quality parts, these slides feature full ball and sealed roller movement. The design is thin and compact, with a range of features including display locking, detachable tracks, or a combination of the two. The larger size models in the same series have a unique sequential extension function to provide more stability and higher load.</p>

<p>These slides are made of automotive grade 7N01 T5 aluminum to ensure strength. Standard anodized surface treatment meets MIL-A-8625 Type II standards. Steel balls are made of hardened steel and chrome plated. The cage separates the steel balls under vibration, ensuring smooth, quiet development (suitable for models with cages). Aero BB slides are up to 70% lighter than steel slides of similar size and load capacity.</p>

<p>The bead rail of the T6 grade aerospace aluminum alloy slide rail is specially precision machined. The surface is black anodized, and other finishes are available on request.</p>
<p>The bearings of the cross roller slides are precision hardened steel and chrome-plated. If the design emphasizes lightweight, the bearings can also be replaced by Delrin.</p>
<p>The 7075-T6 aluminum alloy is used to achieve the purpose of lightweight and high load, and the Rockwell hardness level A and the limit surrender of 572Mpa are achieved.</p>
<p>The 450mm extended 480mm seat slide with a load of 100kg has been independently tested up to 60,000 cycles, and has passed other more rigorous space seat tests.</p>
